Our Group of companies is active worldwide on two main industrial areas:
the paper bag machines and the converting machines for flexible or carton
packaging materials.
This intense sales and marketing activity should help to identify where
the best potential markets exist and for which types of machines.
The reality is not that clear as many factors may affect the original
market trends related to economic growth.
The performance of our Group is excellent, but sometimes not resulting from
where we thought as niche markets growth can differ significantly from the
overall country growth. Therefore, our marketing policy must adapt to our
customer’s needs.
On the other hand, due to the number of innovations, it appears that for
the machine manufacturers, the key to success is to maintain flexibility and
the capacity to adapt the design of their equipment to their customers’ needs.
That’s precisely the advantage of the DCM group organization which
allows each subsidiary company to develop their expertise for the profit of
their customers, while at the same time, taking advantage of the accumulated
know-how within the Group, including both marketing strategy and sales policy.
